The file downloads service hosted by SourceForge.net is still broken (after the attack which happened on 27th of January) and installer packages downloaded from there are incomplete. For now please download all packages directly from the downloads page on my web site. I will redirect those downloads back to SourceForge.net once it is usable again. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
