Request: Dual panel file manager for Mac 68k systems

Is it possible to create Dual panel file manager for Mac 68k systems too? I have searched but it seems that there was never Dual panel file manager for Macintosh System 6.x or 7.x.
Unfortunately Saladin only works on Windows.
