disable function for Windows library folders

Windows library folders (such as 'music', 'pictures', 'videos') are often used to have a standard place to keep certain types of files, such are MP3 files etc.
Unfortunately, when such a folder exists on another media or drive (such as an USB stick) where a backup resides, deleting the backup will actually (also) delete the real one on the "C-drive" which of course can cause the skipping of a heart beat.

I'm not sure if I understand correctly, but generally deleting in Saladin works the same way as in Explorer. Deleting a file from a library folder deletes it from the actual physical location.
